Some are lemon detox diets, some are maple syrup and cayenne pepper detox diets, and some detox diets include water and laxative teas. On the internet, you can find many free detox diets on lifestyle websites, news websites, and diet related websites. Before you embark on a detox diet, however, you should check with your doctor to make sure you are fit enough to do it. If you have a chronic health condition, like diabetes and thyroid disease, you should never attempt a detox diet. People who are in generally good health can usually safely attempt a short detox diet, although most doctors say that you should never stick to a restrictive detox diet for more than a few days at a time.
